Vinyasa is a free-style of Astanga movement which is in a flow with one breath and one movement. It is also called as moving meditation. The word- Vinyasa has coined from Sanskrit in which ‘Vi’ meaning in a special way and ‘Nyasa’ meaning to arrange/place. In vinyasa yoga classes, students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. Vinyasa is also the term used to describe a specific sequence of poses (Chaturanga to Upward-Facing Dog to Downward-Facing Dog ) commonly used throughout a vinyasa class.
